Entrant has read and acknowledges the Photo Contest Rules.

Entrant agrees and acknowledges that the submitted photo was taken by him/herself.

Entrant has obtained, as may be needed, releases for individuals in the submitted photo and will provide the releases to St. Petersburg Preservation (SPP) and the Waterfront Centennial Celebration Committee (COMMITTEE) if needed and upon their request.

Entrant releases and holds harmless SPP and the COMMITTEE from liability for any injuries, loss, claim or damage arising from or in connection with participating in the Photo Contest .

Entrant retains ownership and rights to future use of the submitted photo except for the following: By participating in the contest you agree to allow your photo and your name to be published in any SPP or COMMITTEE newsletter or promotional material and be displayed by SPP or the COMMITTEE without charge for the benefit of and to further the purposes of SPP and/or the COMMITTEE.

If, for any reason, the Photo Contest is not capable of completion as planned then SPP and the COMMITTEE may cancel, modify or suspend the Photo Contest.
